CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves achieved a 9-3 victory over the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets in an NCAA Division II softball matchup Sunday, March 1, at 11 a.m., with former Stone Ridge Christian High School standout Caitlyn Cole on the roster.
The teams played at Rawlings Softball Complex, marking their third game this season. The ThunderWolves had dropped their previous contest against the Yellow Jackets 3 to 2 on Saturday, Feb. 28.
Cole contributed with one hit from three at-bats and added a run.
The ThunderWolves will play the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets again Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m., returning to Rawlings Softball Complex.
