At 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, former Stone Ridge Christian High School athlete Caitlyn Cole’s college squad, the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves, secured a 6-2 victory over the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets in an NCAA Division II softball game.
The contest was held at Rawlings Softball Complex. It marked their first meeting of the season with the Yellow Jackets.
Cole contributed with one hit in two at-bats, one run scored, and two walks drawn.
The ThunderWolves’ next game is set for Saturday, Feb. 28, at 2 p.m., again at Rawlings Softball Complex versus Black Hills State Yellow Jackets.
