On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Madera High School standout Camile Nunez’s current college team, the Midwestern State Mustangs, lost 6-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Scrap Yard Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Mustangs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at Mustangs Park against Northwestern Oklahoma Rangers.
