On Sunday, March 1, at 1 p.m., the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves, featuring former Stone Ridge Christian High School standout Caitlyn Cole, earned a 3-2 win over the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets in an NCAA Division II softball contest.
The matchup was held at Rawlings Softball Complex and marked the teams’ fourth meeting of the season. In their prior game earlier that day, the ThunderWolves claimed a 9-3 victory.
Cole contributed two runs and went 2-for-4 at the plate.
The ThunderWolves are set to play next on Saturday, March 7, at noon against the Regis Rangers at Regis Softball Field.
