On Friday, Feb. 7, former Madera High School standout Erika Perez’s current college team, the Creighton Bluejays, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Chanticleers this season.
The Bluejays’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 11:05 a.m. at St. John Stadium against Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons.
