City of Merced issued the following announcement on Nov 10.
THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN TO ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED FAMILIES LIVING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF MERCED
APPLICATION PROCESS: There are two ways to apply for this program:
Pick up a paper application at:
Merced Police South Station, 470 W 11th ST, 11/9-11/13, between the hours of 8:30am – 4:00pm.
Merced Fire Station #51, 99 E 16th St., 11/9-11/13, between the hours of 8:30am – 4:00pm.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
• ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER FAMILY
• Only children ages newborn to 12 years old are eligible
• Paper applications must be completed on site
• The parent listed on the application must have a photo ID
• For each child listed please have one of the following: ID such as
school ID or birth certificate or medical card
• Proof of address such as phone bill, power or utility bill or rent receipt
Toys will be distributed on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Merced Police South Station. Times for picking up toys is based on your ticket #. You must bring your ticket stub and photo ID with you to receive your toys.
