The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate David Anthony Giglio, Giglio for California, refunded $313 to Jacob Silacci on July 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Giglio for California has refunded $2,858 total since Feb. 1.
