Chowchilla Union High School District's schools enrolled 1,144 students in the 2022-23 school year, 0.5% more than the previous year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 50.1% of them were girls, and 49.8% were boys.
