MALIBU CITY: Public comment period open through Dec. 14 on WWD19 water systems improvements project

Malibu City issued the following announcement on Nov 6.

Los Angeles County Waterworks District No. 29 invites the City and community to review the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for critical water system improvements that are proposed over the next six years. The updates will improve water supply reliability for customers in the City of Malibu and the LA County unincorporated community of Topanga.

Comments on the CEQA EIR must be submitted by December 14, 2020 via email or mail to:
