Malibu City issued the following announcement on Dec 24.
The Malibu Planning Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 6:30 PM to consider an update to the City’s Wireless Communication Facility Ordinances contained in the Malibu Municipal Code Title 17 (Zoning) and the Local Coastal Program. For information regarding the hearing, view the Notice of Public Hearing.
In addition to the public meetings, the City will be releasing an online survey to obtain additional input from members of the public prior to the City Council’s hearing on the draft ordinance. The results of the survey will be presented to the Council concurrently with a draft ordinance along with the Planning Commission’s recommendations.
